The rules for using AubieOB services, customer accounts, support, billing and ERP products.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the AubieOB Digital Solutions website, customer account, services, invoices, support channels, product downloads, and ERP onboarding flows.

By creating an account, requesting a service, registering a business workspace, downloading an installer, or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms.

2. Customer accounts

You are responsible for keeping your website account and ERP business credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and must not use another person or business identity without permission.

A website account may be used to view invoices, tickets, services, and products linked to that account. ERP business owner credentials may be separate and are used to control the business workspace itself.

3. Services and bookings

Service requests are reviewed before confirmation. Pricing, timing, site visits, travel, and custom work may depend on scope, location, availability, and technical requirements.

Where a service requires a quote, invoice, or deposit, work may begin only after acceptance and payment arrangements are confirmed.

4. ERP subscriptions and trials

ERP access may begin with a trial subscription. Trial access can be limited, suspended, or converted to a paid plan according to the selected package and payment status.

Each package has usage limits, including users, branches, locations, devices, cashier workstations, POS connectors, and available modules. You must not attempt to bypass package limits or license controls.

5. Installers, activation, and devices

Product installers and activation codes are provided only to eligible customers. Activation codes are unique, time-limited, and may be restricted to a specific product, business, application, device type, or replacement request.

If a device is replaced, lost, stolen, wiped, or decommissioned, AubieOB may issue a replacement activation code after ownership verification. Misuse of activation requests may lead to suspension.

6. Payments, invoices, and bank transfers

Prices are shown in Malawi Kwacha unless stated otherwise. Invoices may be payable through supported online payment providers or bank transfer.

For bank transfers, you must use the invoice reference where possible and submit accurate payment information. Access may remain unpaid or pending until AubieOB confirms the payment.

Online payment availability may depend on provider limits, network availability, payment method rules, and fraud checks.

7. Support tickets and communication

Support tickets are used for service requests, technical help, billing questions, product access, and account support. You must not upload unlawful files, malware, unrelated personal data, or confidential secrets such as PINs and passwords.

Support response times may vary by service type, urgency, package, and operating conditions. AubieOB may close tickets that are resolved, duplicated, abusive, or inactive.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use AubieOB systems to commit fraud, attack systems, send malicious content, violate another person rights, reverse engineer protected software, resell unauthorized access, or interfere with service security.

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe there is abuse, security risk, unpaid invoices, license misuse, or breach of these terms.

9. Data and customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of business records, users, branch details, inventory records, invoices, reports, and operational decisions entered into the ERP.

AubieOB may provide software tools and support, but customers remain responsible for business compliance, tax filings, accounting review, internal approvals, and lawful use of their data.

10. Liability

We work to provide reliable services, but software and networks can fail. To the maximum extent allowed by law, AubieOB is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, business interruption, or losses caused by customer misuse, third-party outages, incorrect data, or unpaid access.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the website, services, payment flows, and ERP platform evolve. The effective date will show when the terms were last updated.

12. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact AubieOB Digital Solutions at info@aubieob.com or through the Help page.
